Amber Graduated College

This weekend we celebrated Amber graduating from college. We are very proud of her and I know she is so glad to be done!!! I am totally jealous as I frantically try to complete my Masters Degree!!! Amber plans to go back and get her MBA so I have to say that I dont envy her too much! At least I am almost done forever. Anyway, it was really good to see family and also celebrate Mother's Day all together. I didn't think that Amber was going to be able to stay on Sunday so that was a great surprise!!! I don't actually have party pictures... I was too busy having fun to snap any photos but we did take some on Sunday. I hope you enjoy!!!! PS. I haven't had time to edit these photos in photoshop so dont be too critical... :)
The first three pictures are of Amber... some are just being funny and I am hoping to turn one of them into a good portrait for my mom to document Amber's big achievement.

Here is a shot of me and Amber - considering all of the wind from the day... it didn't turn out too bad...
We tried to do one of all of the girls... this is the best we got... I may try to do some fancy photoshoping because everyone has a different picture they look good in... they just aren't all in the same pic! So we will see what I come up with!

The two images are of my dainty little girl... wait... not so much! She found a gigantic stick in the yard that she just had to carry around! What a goof!

As for things going on at our house this week... The excavators showed up at our house this morning and began ripping up our driveway... no turning back now! So Scary!!! They also began ripping out the brick for the window so we should have a nice hole in our house when we get home... again... scary! i guess if anyone wants to rob us... now is the time! I hope no one that actually robs people really reads my blog or I am in trouble! Anyway, I think we are all friends here. I think that we are supposed to get our fence this week as well. So lots of things going on! Oh, and they ripped up our front sidewalk. There is no good way to get to our house right now! I am anxious to see it!

So fun! Congratulations to Miss Amber! And, the Lindsey-Wilson girls look really cute (wasn't it a beautiful day, albeit super windy!). I cannot believe all that is going on at the house -wow! Didn't know you were tearing out the driveway/sidewalk. Do show pictures, friend. Love it! Thanks for sharing all this...

PS. YOu can trust us, but I'm not sure you can trust the war beagles to not rob your house. They are stealth.

Dawn - I love reading your blog and seeing what your daughter is into. She looks to be only about 6 months or so older than Olivia and it just keeps me thinking about what Olivia will be into in the next few months. I can totally see Liv walking around the yard with a big stick like that. She is too cute!
