A new dresser!

I am turning my bonus room into my craft room too. My sister lived with me when she first moved to H'ville and she left this broken down dresser at my house for ME to put on the curb. Anyway, half of the drawers were busted up so it didn't really work. I decided that I could take the broken drawers out and keep the top two drawers in. This is a before:

The first thing I did was take a piece of wood off the bottom inside (the piece that the drawer used to slide along) and cut it to fit as a divider to make 4 cubbies for some baskets to fit in. This is what it looked like:
Lastly I painted, stenciled, distressed and polyed the whole thing and bought two knobs for the drawers that were left up top. I have ordered wicker baskets that will fit in the 4 cubbies in the middle and then two that are wide to fit in the two bottom sections. I will put up another picture when it is in my craft room with the baskets in it.
Now it looks sooo much better! Stay tuned for updates! :)
